Accessibility Statement

Last updated May 18, 2026

Template notice. This statement reflects current product practice. Conformance audits are run quarterly; the most recent report is available to customers on request.

1. Our commitment

TrustekAI is committed to making its products accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our authenticated product surface, marketing website, and customer documentation.

2. Conformance status

The TrustekAI dashboard is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We track known gaps in our internal accessibility backlog and prioritize fixes alongside other engineering work.

3. Features

The product is built with the following accessibility features: • Keyboard navigation across all interactive controls. • Visible focus indicators on focusable elements. • Sufficient contrast ratios for text and UI components (Tailwind palette tuned to ≥ 4.5:1 for body copy). • Semantic HTML and ARIA roles for landmarks and live regions. • Screen-reader-friendly form labels and error messages. • Reduced-motion support — animations are disabled when the operating system's reduced-motion preference is set.

4. Known limitations

The following limitations are tracked and being addressed: • Some complex data tables (forensic traces, evaluation results) may require a screen reader's table-navigation mode for reliable reading order. • Real-time event streams update without an explicit aria-live announcement for every row. Customers requiring full announcement coverage should let us know — we will scope the change. • A small number of icon-only buttons rely on hover tooltips for their label. We are migrating these to use aria-label across the codebase.

5. Assessment approach

We assess accessibility with a combination of automated linting (eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y), Lighthouse audits in CI, manual keyboard sweeps before each release, and quarterly screen-reader walk-throughs (VoiceOver, NVDA).

6. Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in any TrustekAI product, please contact accessibility@trustekai.com with the URL, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology you're using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and triage them within five.

7. Formal complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Australian Human Rights Commission (humanrights.gov.au) or your local accessibility authority. The Innovenses Pty Ltd registered office is in Melbourne, Victoria.
